Product Design for NEOJETS (Formerly Known As Biz Airlines)

Problem

85% of all operations within the private jet industry depend on semi-manual processes.

It is not possible to book a flight online with private jet companies. The entire booking process has to be done manually with multiple phone calls or messages, which takes a lot of time. The headache continues during the payment process as customers have to provide their credit card details either over the phone or by email in order to book a flight. These are both unprotected ways to make a payment.

Process

Design. Prototype. Test.

We gathered insights from charter brokers, concierges, and private jet owners. We then used a predictive requirements hypothesis to design the JetDirect, a booking management system, and the JetGDS, a global distribution system.

After wireframing our first hypothesis, we presented a prototype to stakeholders as we're looking for feedback and gaps to fill in. After a couple interactions, we made some improvements before starting designing both JetDirect and JetGDS. I prototype a high-fidelity web-based project using Framer and the iOS using Principle. The web-based platform for JetDirect was the first one to be designed, tested and built.
